Ornexia pricing, no surprises
Ornexia is billed per user per month, excluding VAT. The Solo plan costs €5 per month for a single user. For teams, the Essential plan is €18 per user per month, Piloting is €34 and Intelligence is €42.
From 35 users, an organisation plan replaces per-user pricing. Between 35 and 60 users: €630 per month for Essential, €1190 for Piloting, €1470 for Intelligence. Between 61 and 200 users: €900, €1700 and €2100. Above 200 users, pricing is quoted individually.
Annual billing charges 10 months out of twelve: two months are free. Quarterly billing charges 3 months. From 35 users, quarterly is the minimum cadence.

Intelligence (42) adds action library analysis: deduplication, dead-action detection, RACI fixes, mitigation suggestions.
Is there a plan for independent consultants?
Yes. The Solo plan is €5 excl. VAT per month for a single user, billed monthly. It covers personal actions, sticky and dated notes, Excel export and twenty minutes analyses per month.
How does Ornexia bill large teams?
From 35 users, an organisation plan replaces per-user pricing: the price becomes fixed whatever the number of accounts, up to 200 users. It starts at €630 excl. VAT per month and quarterly becomes the minimum billing cadence. Above 200 users, we issue a tailored quote.
What discount comes with annual billing?
Annual billing charges 10 months out of twelve: two months are free, roughly 17 % off the monthly cadence.
Are AI analyses included?
It depends on the plan. Piloting and Intelligence unlock AI-assisted drafting and analysis of minutes, with a monthly quota shared across the team. Intelligence adds action library analysis on top. To go further, a pack of 100 extra analyses is available for €50 excl. VAT. AI features stay switched off until your organisation turns them on.
Are the prices shown excluding VAT?
Yes, all Ornexia prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is added according to your billing country.
