Why matrices empty out

The Eisenhower matrix is a classic, and it fails almost always for the same reason: it asks you to re-rank every task on two axes nobody has time to fill in. Three weeks later, it reflects nothing.

Ornexia builds it from the fields your team already keeps up to date. It stays accurate for exactly as long as your action plan does.
