What an action plan becomes after a year

Three hundred rows. Thirty or so are finished in practice yet still carry an open status. Two teams created the same action under two different titles. A dozen have had their due date pushed back four times while progress stayed at 20 %.

Each of these cases is obvious row by row. It is the volume that makes the read-through untenable — and a manual clean-up done in the first quarter has to be redone entirely in the second.
